Dios es el creador de todo lo que existe;

RELIGION, SPIRITUALITY, FAITH...
What role does faith play in the welfare of my being?
From the earliest civilizations on earth did the belief in something greater, supernatural, which was the cause of what happened on earth. Some believed in many gods (polytheistic) and others in one (monotheistic). The point of this is to reflect on what is the reason that humans created this belief.
This started a search in relation to the precepts of some religions and I found this:

Christianity / Catholicism: This is based on the book of the Holy Scriptures, Old and New Testament, there is the belief of a god as creator of the universe and of man. Preach to teach love and universal brotherhood as the basis of society, stating that with the birth of Jesus of Narzareth, God completed His revelation .. By fulfilling the sacrament man has the grace to lead a virtuous life. Body and soul are transcendent. Only sinless man can access eternal life in heaven. Jesus Christ is the messiah who sacrificed away the sin of the world to save all mankind from eternal death.
The key difference between Catholics and Christians is the vision people have of the Bible. Catholics view the authority of the Bible at the same level of authority of the Church and tradition. Christians see the Bible as the supreme authority for faith and practice.
Judaism:
The main feature of the Jewish faith is the belief in an omniscient, omnipotent and provident, that would have created the universe and chose the Jewish people to reveal the law contained in the Ten Commandments and the ritual prescriptions of the third and fourth books of the Torah, the Pentateuch of Christians.
God is the creator of all that exists, He is one, incorporeal (without a body), and He alone should be worshiped as absolute ruler of the universe.
The first five books of the Hebrew Bible were revealed by God to Moises. These will not be changed or discussed in the future.
God has communicated with the Jewish people through prophets. God monitors the activities of humans, He rewards individuals for good deeds and punishes evil. Jews consider of primary importance and behavior actions, beliefs come from actions. This contrasts with conservative Christians for whom belief is of paramount importance, and actions are the result of that faith.
The Jewish believers do not accept the Christian concept of original sin
Judaism affirms the inherent goodness of the world and its people as creations of God.
The Jewish believers are willing to sanctify their lives and draw closer to God through the fulfillment of the mitzvot (divine commandments). Do not need a savior or necessary as an intermediary.

Islam: Islam means the place of the theophany of a primitive solar god as the manifestation of the existence of one God, Lord of the Universe, provident and merciful. Invites the faithful to make a journey of initiation in its origin, to reach that microcosm, navel of the universe, which are Mecca and his shrine in order to access the core of the most important elements of revelation, to commit and complete their maturation in the faith and, consequently, are also open to transcendence promised. Muslims believe that the Prophet Muhammad received revelations from God through the angel Gabriel to correct human error which had engaged with the writings and doctrines of Judaism, Christianity and all other religions. This revelation is the Quran revealed in Arabic, and is now in its original form. The Qur'an seeks to guide mankind in all walks of life, spiritual, temporal, individual and collective. Muslims believe that there will come a day when all of creation will perish and resurrected to be judged by their actions: Judgment Day.
Islam claims that God has all the power and knowledge of all things, and nothing happens but through his will and with full knowledge. What is known as Divine Predestination, fate, or "destiny" is known in Arabic as al-Qadr. The fate of each creature and is known to God, yet there is free will.

Buddhism: Is
religion , philosophy, and psychology arguably , developed from the
teachings spread in Northern India by Siddhartha Gautama , known as the
Buddha , around V century BC .
Buddha is not a god or a messiah or a prophet , and Buddhism does not postulate about a creator. Buddha is a title in the ancient Pali and Sanskrit language , meaning " awakened one " . In
Buddhism the term is not only used to refer to the historical character
, but also to refer to any other person who also has made what is
considered personal discovery as he did. The
teachings are not seen by followers as divine revelations or as dogmas
of faith , since there is a dynamic that drives investigate and
interpret . The sole purpose of these teachings is the definitive eradication of dissatisfaction and suffering. Its
cause , according to Buddhism , is an intense desire , which in turn is
the product of delusion or ignorance , misperception understood as the
true nature of existence. Therefore, the termination of this situation is called awakening. To
guide the effort required to achieve this new status , Buddhism
develops and practices prescribed mental and emotional training , moral
discipline and study. Meditation, fundamental practice in Buddhism , is also here the most powerful tool for Buddhist follower . With
practice you learn to observe how there is no owner of the thoughts
that arise in your own mind , but at the same time he is the one
responsible for what you decide to do with them . The
attachment or no attachment to them are thus the key to achieving
greater equanimity about himself and the world as fundamental attitude
to life.Briefly
, Buddhist morality and ethics is based on the principles of not
causing harm ( ahimsa ) and moderation ( the middle way ) . According
to Buddhist teachings , the ethical principles are determined by
examining whether any action could be potentially harmful or injurious
to self or others, and it is this type of action that attempts to avoid.
In
Buddhism the term is widely used business mind , which is one that
prevents all actions likely to cause suffering or remorse . The effort and intent employees determine the moral burden of action.
When we analyze the precepts of these religions, we can reach a point of which converge, which is the human need to believe in something that gives you strength, motivation, that serves as a guide or support for everyday life, order to move forward in difficult times, but mostly cope, process and accept without fear the inevitable subject of death.
Erich Fromm said, that all actually have faith in something, be it a religion, in yourself, in science, or even not to believe in something. For that we need to follow, to overcome difficult circumstances of life, to motivate, and sometimes to restrain ourselves. Thus the act of faith is an act of survival, we exercise spirituality is a life tool that we generate to give us that hope where realistically or objectively not find it.
I believe that there is no absolute position, single or true, but it for everyone there is a way to live their faith which will generate comfort, satisfaction and fulfillment. If the self is seen that faith that we are not generating this, it's time to keep looking until you find the perfect place, where we can be consistent, empathic, that impels us to be better people, to make us happy, and which in turn look for this same for the other.
I hope that this blog made a tool for fulfillment, happiness and sanidad.Gracias for following me and I am waiting for your comments and suggestions.
